KO-GUARD PEG is a blend of Phenoxyethanol and Triethylene glycol. It is a highly stable, paraben free alternative to traditional preservatives. . The addition of triethylene glycol to this blend increases its effectiveness by lowering its surface tension in order to enhance its activity at the cell membranes of microorganisms. KO-GUARD PEG has a broad, balanced spectrum of activity against bacteria, yeasts, mould and fungi.
